The switch to durable dinnerware at the first Sunday potluck is becoming a success as members of the congregation are bringing their dishes, cups, and flatwear to the counter where they are being washed in our kitchen dishwasher. This is saving many bags of disposable items from clogging our Montgomery landfill. We will continue to ask for everyone's assistance in the coming months to help with dishwashing and cleanup. Everyone who brings dessert should be staying afterward to help with these duties.
